After another epic hiatus, Cosmo D's Boogie Otis show returns with a supreme vengeance. Featuring new original cello/electronic improvisations along with live band recordings of Sauce in it's various incarnations, blended together like a DJ set, this episode is sure not to disappoint. Cosmo D also promises there will not be another year-long gap between episodes. ;-)

This show is a nearly hour-long live jam between myself and Curtis Macdonald - aka CMAC. CMAC is a Canada native currently living in Brooklyn. He plays alto saxophone, but is also an active computer music maker and does a lot of work with sound design.

Recently, Curtis had gotten his hands on Ableton Live. It only took him a few weeks to learn how to mash up his beats. He's sort of a "kid in the canday store" with this particular jam, going crazy on his 300 GB worth of breakbeats. I do enjoy the duo nature of the project, as it allows me to bounce ideas.

Boogie Otis is back with a quasi-vengeance. There is a ton of new material, including a Jamie Lidell remix, soundscapes meant to evoke the side streets of Abu Dabi, and a new live track from the band Sauce.
